WILSON GLOBAL INVEST  offers the automatic thermoforming machine, model TT 65 x 40, to solve the requirements for medium to large series of thermoformed plastic goods, die-cut and stacked.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Placing of plastic sheet
  • Sheet securing by means of the side drive chain pickets
  • Soft and progressive sheet heating
  • Fastening of the warm sheet by means of two frames (up and down)
  • Sheet thermoforming with positive or/and negative mould, by vacuum and/or overpressure, with or without plug

  • Plastic sheet heating by means of an upper 3-stage heating chamber, fitted with ceramic radiant heaters mounted in 9 linear zones; one next to the mould and two at the infeed, for advance in-sync. Control by means of a PLC screen, with 10 PID elements.
