WILSON GLOBAL INVEST presents its update range of proven semi-automatic sealers with manual turning plate, designed Cfor small and medium series for heat sealing and pressure sealing of blisters packs, cardboard boxes, etc. with heat-seal closures in cardborard, Tybec, paper, aluminium or plastics.
OPERATION
- Adjust the height of the front guard cover. Place the sealing tools on the turning base.
- Set the general switch to 1. The green pilot light turns on.
- Select the desired temperature using the thermostat and pushing + or -.
- Select the sealing time pushing + or -.
- Wait approx. 15 minutes for the sealing plate to heat to 120º-150ºC. When the desired termperature is reached, will comesure the prefixed with the real at regulator.
- Insert the blister packs or cardboard boxes in the front sealing tool.
- Place the product to be packaged in the blister packs or cardboard boxes and above them the gluing cardboard cards or another thermosealings.
- Turning the base180º maually, place front sealing tool under the sealing plate (automatic centering facilitates positioning).
- Press the two side buttons simultaneosly. The sealing plate is lowered.
- Repeat the operation with the other sealing tool, which is left in a frontal position.
- The heating plate is raised at the preset interval.
- Turning the base 180º manually, place the other loaded sealing tool under the sealing plate, such that the first sealing tool moves into sight with the finished pieces. Remove the finished pieces.
