WILSON GLOBAL INVEST offers its automatic thermoforming and Skin-packing machine, model MASC, which produces finished packs thanks to the cross and lengthwise cutting system and eye die-cutting.

UPON REQUEST, MAXIMUM AREA MAY BE UP TO 600mm (W) AND 1.160 mm (L)

THERMOFORMING PROCESS

  • Cardboard feeder is disabled, a mould is fastened onto the bottom bed and the plastic is vacuum thermoformed.
  • The rest of the process is similar to that of Skin packing

SKIN-PACK PROCESS

  • Manual placing of cardboards and products in a precise and swift mode, thanks to the templates holder, movable and tilting for safety.
  • Loaded cardboard feeder, soft and accurate.
  • Loaded cardboard is lifted against the fastened, hot plastic film, for vacuum packing.
  • The packed item is driven by a top platen, linked to a shears and eye die-cutter, on the conveyor belt.
  • Lengthwise cutting by movable pneumatic cut disks against a turning roller.
  • Cross and eye die-cutting with adjustable advance motion of the top-platen-shears-eye die-cuuter system.
  • Finished packs ejection from covered ramp
  • Swivel arm touch screen for control, with automatic/manual functions, heat regulation zones and 40 progrms memory storage.
