GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • The work area measures 500×700 mm., and maximum packing or moulding height is 135mm.
  • Operation can be either manual or automatic.
  • The cardboard and items to be packed (Skin-Pack) or the mould thermoformed are placed on the perforated suction ans stripping overpressure table.
  • The thermoplastic is set manually between the closin frame and the retaining frame is drawn over the table by two pneumatically operated cylinders.
  • The heat chamber is composed of ceramic heating elements distributed in 6 areas with temperatura adjustment. The heat chamber moves by means of a pneumatically operated cylinder over the thermoplastic for heating, and the film is cut from the roll by means of a built-in cutter.
  • An electric fan cools the packed produc.
  • A filter-regulator assembly with preassure gauge conditions the compressed air.
  • The machine is equipped with a manual valve for vacuum dismoulding for flow adjustment.
