WILSON GLOBAL INVEST offers its MSA semiautomatic thermoforming system to meet the production requirements for medium and short series of thermoformed plastic sheets.

Its ease of use makes it the best choice for coupling to a blister packer, with welding/cutting by high frequency or heat; also for hydraulic or roller die cutters.

PRODUCTIÓN PROCESS

Sheet or film from reel is manually introduced in the thermoforming area. The swinging frame holds the material to the table, the heating chamber advances until it is directly above the sheet/film. Once the material reaches the require temperature the chamber withdraws, mould ascends and plug-mould descends, vacuum being effected through the mould.

The material is shaped and the plug-mould ascends. For cooling the moulded item the unit is fitted with an electrofan and cooled mould supporting plate. When the item is cold, air is blown through the mould for detaching.

The mould descends and the frame frees the thermoformed material, which is then manually removed.

A blade coupled to the chamber cuts the material from the reel.
