WILSON GLOBAL INVEST  offers the BLISTER thermoforming/packing machine, model TTS-HF 65 x 40 to meet the requirements and needs of BLISTER packing for medium and large series.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Placing the plastic film reel
  • Film securing by means of the side drive chain pickets
  • Soft and progressive film sheet heating by means of radiant heaters (3-stage minimum) mounted in 9 linear zones; one next to the mould and two at the infeed, for advance in-sync (2)
  • Heated film sheet fastening by means of two frames (top and bottom)
  • Positive/negative film moulding, by vacuum and/or overpressure (3 bar), with or withot mould plug, by means of bed frames driven by adjustable position toggles (3)
  • Manual or automatic loading area for the items to pack (4)
  • Sealing film reel loading by hoist (5)
  • Sealing film reel decoiling with arm rocker and brake (6)
  • Heat or High Frequency sealing with twin drive bed frame, lower by toggle, top by hydraulics; all sealing toolings positionable for advance, sidewise and slant. Total control from the touch screen (7)
  • Hydraulic die-cutting press, with movable lower bed and fixed heated top one, positionable for advance and sidewise. Pressure control from the touch screen (8)
  • Product ejection with vacuum/blowing cups to pick the finished packs and waste fastening by top plates. Collection on side conveyor belt (9)
